From time to time, new projects surface on their <a href=\"http:\/\/asc-parc.blogspot.com\/\">blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, PARC <a href=\"http:\/\/asc-parc.blogspot.com\/2009\/02\/announcing-mrtaggycom-tag-based.html\">announced<\/a> the site Mr.Taggy.com, a search engine based on social bookmarking tags:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The problem with using social tags is that they contain a lot of <a href=\"http:\/\/asc-parc.blogspot.com\/2008\/03\/understanding-efficiency-of-social.html\">noise<\/a>, because people often use different words to mean the same thing or the same words to mean different things.
