		<description>Ah, I see the confusion; it was Casey Bisson who, in much the same time frame as Casey Durfee&#039;s &quot;Open Source Endeca in 250 lines or less&quot; (time bloats all things!), wrote Scriblio (née WpOPAC) and when Plymouth State University won a Mellon Award for Technical Collaboration for his work on Scriblio, the money from the award was used to purchase Library of Congress records and contribute them to the archive.org / OpenLibrary effort.</description>
